Presentation of the framework for the well-being of workers at work and more particularly from the perspective of psychosocial risks at work. Analysis in particular of the Act of 4 August 1996 on the well-being of workers in the performance of their work and particularly of its provisions relating to psychosocial risks at work.
Examination of the various concepts, obligations of prevention, analysis of requests for psychosocial intervention, professional secrecy of prevention counsellors, the protection regime, legal remedies, etc.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
Presentation of the normative and jurisprudential framework on psychosocial risks.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
It is not necessary to have prerequisites since the objective of the course is to make legal provisions accessible.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Ex-cathedra presentations, reading shadows, case study, discussions.
Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)
The presence during the course is essential.

Written examination consisting in principle of one practical case and two theoretical questions.
