The course addresses the nature of leadership. Indeed, leadership is a central component of human activity, including in modern organizations in which it is seen as pivotal to achieving strategic objectives and fostering the organizational culture. Whether directing to specific individuals or processes, understanding the defining characteristics of what leadership is and its underlying mechanisms and outcomes at the individual, group, and organizational levels are critical for business students.
