  • Analysis of a difficult conversation according to the 3 types of discussions (facts, emotions, and identity)

  • Identification of a conversation strategy

  • Transition from a difficult conversation to an didactic conversation

  • Analysis of discussion dynamics

  • Use of defusing techniques

A 15-minute podcast must be watched before the theoretical and practical lessons.

Face-to-face teaching is preferred for both theory and simulations.
