Learning unit contents
This courses aims to make students aware of the importance of developing an adequate professional relationship in veterinary practice, and to give them tools to develop their reflexivity about their skills.
It is based on the "prism model".
It mainly consists of analysis of videotaped interactions with owners.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The objectives are to develop analysis, comprehension and action skills of the students in the context of the interaction with clients in veterinary practice, leading to shared decisions.

Tutored activities in small groups, by species.
Based on the analysis of videotaped interactions with owners, at the beginning and the end of the formation.

Evaluation is based on the participation to the theoretical session, and on the reflexive attitude of the student towards videoscopy.
