Learning unit contents

The main aim of the course is to familiarise students with various disability situations and to familiarise them with multidisciplinary teamwork in each of these situations.

The first part will be devoted to neurodevelopmental pathologies.

A second part, during which various professionals will speak, will illustrate the links between psychologists and physiotherapists in the field of acquired pathologies.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

At the end of this course, the student will be able to identify the characteristics of the psychological development of people with physical or mental disabilities (various syndromes) and will have a better understanding of the psychological issues involved in interventions and the role of the physiotherapist with people with disabilities.

Subject-related quizzes will be offered regularly on e-campus.

Automatic feedback will be given justifying the correct answer.

These quizzes are designed to help students study the subject. They are optional and do not count towards the final grade.

These exercises are available throughout the year. These optional exercises are combined with a discussion forum (on e-campus), which is also open all year round. Students can ask me any questions they may have about the course and the formative assessments.

The scoring of questions takes into account:

- clarity of the answers

- precision of the technical terms used

N.B.: a penalty is provided for in the event of irrelevant or false elements in the answer, even if the answer is globally correct


The subject of the exam includes:

- slides

- the oral course (comments on the slides, examples, illustrations)

- illustration videos (even if they are not fully seen during the course)
