Additional information:
The final grade .../20 is calculated as follows:
- (.../5) group oral presentation that sheds light on an issue that is relevant in the context of the students' current studies. It must include content from 1 online conference, 1 book chapter, and 1 recent paper.
- (.../3) written report based on the oral presentation
- (.../4) written exam: personal written report that sheds light on an issue that is relevant in the context of the students' current studies. It must include content from 1 online conference, 1 book chapter, and 1 recent paper. This issue must differ from any other issue dealt with during the oral presentations.
- (.../8) oral exam: defense and discussion based on the written report
- The grades received during the year are final and transferred between the 1st and 2nd session.
- Automatic translators, artificial intelligence and go-to people can be relevant tools to overcome occasional difficulties. In this context, students are allowed to use them. Their use is forbidden in all other cases.
- During the oral exam, the students must answer simple questions that aim to make sure they wrote the report themselves. If it turns out they can't answer them, they get 0 for the final grade for non-compliance with the rules as they did not submit a personal report. Sanctions for fraud will also be demanded.
