Learning unit contents
The advanced practice nurse is involved in care coordination, guidance and coaching, collaboration, leadership and ethical decision-making. Within a department or transversally at the level of the intra- or extra-hospital organization, it occupies a central place where resource management and team training skills are necessary. These different chapters will be taught: - Corporate culture - Well-being at work - Safety at work: legal framework - Resource management - Agent management
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
- Recognize the corporate culture in a situation as well as identify its strengths and disadvantages. - Know the benefits of Well-being at work, its challenges and the related legal framework. - Explain resource management and how to do it. - Know the different aspects of social legislation relating to agent management.
