The Research Thesis is a scientific paper based on an original research topic that is related to the teaching objective chosen by the student, and carried out according to the standards of a scientific document. The student must clearly identify a research topic and research questions, collect and process relevant information using an appropriate method, and finally provide personal answers to the questions.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The skills that are developed and evaluated by the Master Thesis are :
Strategy: establishing a strategy to optimize the value chain of a company, organization or project.
Implementation: implementing the daily management of a company, organization or project.
Quality and performance control: planning and implementing performance and quality control in a company, organization or project.
Communication: communicating effectively about your company, organization or project, both internally and externally.
Adaptability: adapting one's managerial practices to the needs of a constantly changing world.
As the Thesis is an individual test at the end of the Master's program, the five skills will be evaluated during the defense.
