Learning unit contents

This course addresses the processes of change management and innovation in public health settings. Indeed, the public health sector regularly faces transformations in response to new and numerous health challenges. The ability to manage these transformations and introduce innovation is crucial for the success and sustainability of institutions in this sector.

In this course, students will familiarize themselves with change and innovation processes in organizations, with a particular focus on public health institutions. 

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

The learning outcomes (LO) of this course are:

  • Understand the key concepts in change management and innovation specific to the publich health sector;
  • Analyze real-life situations or examples in light of the studied concepts and apply them appropriately to meet organizational challenges;
  • Create and implement appropriate solutions to real-life situations or examples based on the studied concepts.
