- Consumer credit - Book VII of the Code of Economic Law - European Directive 2088/48 - European Directive 2023/2225
- Mortgage credit - Book VII of the Code of Economic law - European Directive 2014/17
- Bank financing for small and medium-sized enterprises - Act of 21 December 2013

Students must be able to distinguish the different types of credit and to analyse contractual terms.
