Learning unit contents

The course presents the actors of occupational health, the main employer obligations in this field as well as the main lines of social protection of the worker who is a victim of a health problem linked to his professional activity. A part of the lesson is also devoted to the fight against dependencies and addictions in the workplace.

Previous knowledge of social law is an advantage. However, the basics of this branch of law will be recalled in the oral course.
