Learning unit contents
To introduce the food industry economy through consideration of each sector successively.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
To analyse from an economic point of view all the activities linked to the food chair in a giver society.
After completing the course the student is expected to :
- Analyse the economic activities which take part in food function
- Understand the stakes of the food policies
- Criticize various cases of food strategies
- Evaluate the impact of external components, taken individually, on an agronomic system within its sector
- Establish an inventory of existing public actions in a specific area and assess their operational effectiveness
- Analyze the socio-economic and environmental aspects of a technical project and their impact on society and the environment
