Programme content
This program is designed to address the key themes of general management: Introduction to Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Sustainable Strategy and People Management. These themes concentrate a large part of the problems and challenges that companies face today.
The validation of the acquired knowledge is carried out by a final integrative test in the classroom during the Business Game. This business game takes the form of a market simulation. Students are gathered in different fictive companies and are the board members in charge of presenting a viable strategy and carrying it out during the game defending their market share and profitability.
