Theory
The course addressed the theoretical concepts and practical-technological tools it is important to know to apprehend the study of the ecology of fish in rivers, at the individual and populational level.
Practice
This practical teaching consists of participations in field research activities with members of the unit of mangement of Aquatic Resources and Aquaculture related to the theme of the ecology of inland water fishes.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
Theory
Learning basic knowledges of the ecology of inland water fish in order to apprehend the thoughtful management of their populations in a context of numerous and varied anthropic pressures.
Practice
Learning and mastering of advanced research techniques to study the ecology and population dynamics of freshwater fish in inland waters

Basic knowledge of animal biology. Mastery of the French language.

Theory
A respectful interaction between the professor and the students is the best for the atmosphere during the theoretical classes. It is requested to arrive on time and not to devote the attendance to theoritical course to parallel activities via a computer oa smartphone.
