Learning unit contents

- The different quantitative and qualitative methods of diagnostic of psychosocial risks and associated damage (stress, burnout, etc.)  
- The different types of interventions in prevention and management of psychosocial risks and job stress. Focus on proximity management (primary prevention), focus on the issue of work retention and return to work after absence due to burnout (secondary and tertiary prevention).
   - To learn how to analyze and interpret data generated by a method for assessing psychosocial risks and job stress : the WOCCQ methodology
- To learn how to analyse clinical cases in relation to work-related issues

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

-To be able to analyze data from the Woccq method (collective diagnostic tool for psychosocial risks and stress)

 - Based on case analyses, identify and analyse psychosocial risks, constraints linked to the individual and those linked to the organisation, as well as resources.

- To be able to consider a plan of action and relevant interventions based on an organizational diagnosis or clinical cases

A part of this course will be used for learning the 'WOCCQ' methodology for psychosocial diagnosis through hypothetical data
Another part of the course is devoted to the analysis of individual clinical cases


Based on a specific organizational context, to propose a relevant plan of actions to the problems identified through a collective diagnosis (Woccq) and individual situations (clinical cases)

Additional information:

The course will be face-to-face, attend to the classes is required (e.g. penalty and/or additional work for repeated absences).

One part of the course will be done online through an E-learning course on Ecampus.

Additional information:

Group oral presentation (as part of the course) and individual oral examination (during the January or August session).

 



The final grade is based on a group oral presentation (based on a group report) and an individual oral exam. The student must obtain a minimum grade of 10/20 in each part. In case of failure in one of the parts, the final grade will correspond to the failing grade. If the student fails both parts, the final grade will be the average of the deficient grades. If the student passes both parts, the final grade will be the average of the two grades. In the second session, the student will be required to retake only the deficient part(s).
