Learning unit contents

This is a general introduction to history of theoretical philosophy. Opinions of several important philosophers are summarised and expounded.

Students must be able to perform a precise and rigorous analysis of the philosophical issues studied during the course.

Ex cathedra course.

4 or 5 exercise sessions are devoted to reading the texts. These sessions are mandatory.
