Learning unit contents
The course "PortoFolio: Preparation of the personal project" is intended for students of the master "integrated production and preservation of natural resources" and meets the following three objectives:
(i) Accompany the implementation of the TFE
(ii) structure scientific thinking
(iii) improve communication
The course revolves around the construction of an oral presentation of the end-of-studies work of each student. Students are first invited to make a presentation of their TFE. The creation of this presentation a first accompaniment of the construction of the TFE, that is to say to improve and validate the coherence between the context, the objectives and the research strategy put in place by the student, validate that the timing of the project is realistic and also confirm the involvement of the promoter. Then, the teachers accompany the students in improving the presentation in terms of structure, content and form. The areas of focus for improvement are as follows:
-Coherence of Intro
- Objectives
- Material and method
-Respect of the presentation structure
-Adequacy/relevance of the level of information (not too much detail or too general)
-Synthesis of the information
-Homogeneity/coherence of the style
-Conciseness of the text
-Adequacy of illustrations /contents
-Readability of the diagrams/illustrations

-Respect of the length of presentation (15-20')
-Spelling, grammar
-Formulation (French)
