Learning unit contents
At the end of the quadrimester, a presentation about a Bioinformatics tool (R package, database, software, web application...) will have to be performed in front of a jury composed of at least 4 professors/researchers having teaching in the bloc 2 of the Master BIM.
The presentation of 10 min should ideally states the following elements:
- Demo of the tool
- Use of that tool on new data (data that does not belong to the demo)
- Weaknesses of the tool
The tool and the data can be chosen freely by the student and can be linked to the Master's thesis subject.

- manipulation of a bioinformatics tool
- improvement of presentation skills as well as questions-answering.
