Learning unit contents
- Setting the strategic approach of an opportunity, particularly in terms of entry barriers, positioning on the project's value chain, revenue model, value proposition, etc.
- Synthesize a project within the framework of a business plan with impact intended to find financing.
- Assessing the impact of a project on all three dimensions of People, Planet and Profit.
- The ability to present and defend a project to potential investors and stakeholders in a professional manner (pitching and presenting in videos).
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
After completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- Write the business plan for impact.
- Elaborate a fund raising strategy for an entrepreneurial project
- Pitch a project in front of stakeholders.
- Assess the strength and weaknesses of an impactful entrepreneurial project
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Students must have succeeded their courses at ISM and ZSEM.
Students must have designed a first business model of an entrepreneurial project.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The course is based on a limited number of seminars.
The major part of the course will be dedicated to coaching, drills and learning by doing.
