This course present the diffrent steps of the project management and the maner to manage the projects.
We will study examples in environement
We will study the organisational conditions and impacts. We will present the importance of processus, of Human Resource and sof tskills.

To analyze case studies and to evaluate the critical points
To define the steps of the project creation and project management in specific situations and contexts

Group works (3-6 students)for the analyze of specifics projects and for resolution of case studies
