Learning unit contents
All applicants to the Open Borders MBA programs being experienced managers, the course will focus on the questions they may have about improving Project Management in their environment.
The theoretical aspects and common tools of project management will be reviewed with regard to the various stakeholder positions. Along with these, several issues relating to the participant's experience will be discussed with the view of offering practical answers to specific situations.
The participants, eventually, will be expected to apply these insights to practical cases.
Rather than ambitioning to train experts in organization psychology, the course is an introduction to human-oriented project management aiming at encouraging participants to think beyond the traditional tool-box of project planning.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
At the end of this course, students should be able:
- To recognize the Key Factors of Success of a project and to have some directions about how to leverage them,
