Learning unit contents
The practical lessons are organized during the whole year and aim to present various parts of a session: the warm-up, the body of lesson, and the recovery.

Develop basic physical training knowledge and skills.
Know and know how to perform the main strength training exercises that can be done with body weight and small equipment

For the practical course: overall assessment involving:
-the level of performance in physical tests (aerobic, vertical relaxation, flexibility, pull-ups, sheathing, sprint, agility)

-The behaviour
-The attendance rate (if <70%, the student is not eligible and will be considered absent).
Two serious deficiencies (<8/20) in physical tests automatically lead to serious insufficiency in the course.
