Comparative study of the different economic regimes: place and role of the state and of the third sector.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit
At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
- Define with appropriate terms the main economic concepts ;
- Understand and explain behaviors and fundamental mechanisms on the level of individual agents (firms, consumers) and markets ;
- Represent graphically the relations between economic variables ;
- Explain with a graph the impact of the variation of an economic variable on another (comparative statics) ;
- Interpret current statistics ;
- Calculate, through simple numerical exercises, economic variables using theoretical models and formulas studied in the class.
