Learning outcomes of the learning unit
Introduction to basic political economic reasoning and to economic issues analysis
After completing the course the student is expected to:
- Master the theoretical foundations of micro- and macroeconomics
- Interpret correctly a microeconomic statement and solve microeconomic problems
- Analyse national accounts and GNP data
- Understand the levers of economic policy, including the monetary and budgetary dimensions
