Learning unit contents
This course will offer a general overview of enforcement regimes in EU competition law. It will cover aspects of both public and private enforcement. A part of the course will take the format of an interactive seminar taught by David Anderson, lawyer at the Brussels Bar. Another part of the course will be taught in a more classical seminar format.
