Learning unit contents
The course introduction to Intellectual Property initiates the Student to the rules of Intellectueal Property(IP), their importance, and how to implement them.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
-Understand what is Intellectual Property and its importance.
-Be aware of what is patentable in life science and be able to detect a potentially patentable invention.
-Use patent information in Research.
-Manage Intellectual Property and confidentiality in Research.
- Be aware of the different strategies of Intellectual Property Protection .
