Organisational remarks and main changes to the course
There are two better periods for organizing the internship:
Option 1: during the summer period between master 1 and 2 (before the academic year in which the internship is in the programme)
Option 2: at the beginning of the 2nd quadrimester (February - March)
It is highly recommended that students who do not link the internship with their MSc thesis to give the preference to option 1, to avoid loosing time for working on the MSc thesis.
A contract that describes the conditions of the internship has to be signed by all interested parties (industry representative, coordinator, student) before the start of the internship.
The organisational arrangements for the internship should take into account the covid-19 health context as it will prevail at the time it will be carried out. It will be necessary to comply both with the university rules relating to the organisation of the courses and with the rules in force within the structure where the course is carried out. If necessary, part of the internship may be carried out in teleworking mode.
