Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Each student will have to carry out a personal written work regarding a research topic. This work should be posted through eCampus. The adenda will be transmitted by the professors.

The work will be evaluated by 2 evaluators specialized in the research field to which the work relates, according to an evaluation grid including a comment for each criterion, so that the student knows his strengths and weaknesses.

Each student will also evaluate the work of a peer using a pre-established evaluation grid.

The Bibliographic Research course is part of a curriculum focused on scientific and experimental research. In order to broaden students' perspectives on how scientific research is conducted in the field, an educational trip abroad is organized by and for the students as part of this course. This trip will enable students to visit research laboratories and pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies, exposing them to the international dimension of their education and future careers.

Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)

In the context of the Bibliographic Research course, it is important to determine to what extent the use of ChatGPT adds value to the required work. What are its advantages and disadvantages?

For those who will use ChatGPT as a tool for their Bibliographic Research work, we ask that at the end of the 3-page bibliographic summary, they conduct an analysis of the use of ChatGPT in the context of the course.

  • What did you ask ChatGPT?
  • Was the answer relevant?
  • For which part of the work was the use of ChatGPT useful?
  • For which part of the work was the use of ChatGPT useless?
  • What was incorrect in ChatGPT's answers?
  • What was missing in ChatGPT's answers?
  • What was too vague in ChatGPT's answers?
