The requirements of ISO 17025 General requirements for management and resources - Control of non-conforming testing and/or calibration work and corrective actions - Facilities and ambient conditions - Managing confidentiality and impartiality - Documentation management - Roles and responsibilities of everyone in a laboratory - Staff management - etc...
Main requirements relating to processes - Test and calibration methods and validation of methods - Equipment, measurement traceability, sampling - Handling of test and calibration subjects - Ensuring the quality of test and calibration results - Reporting on results
Recommendations for establishing a quality system - Inventories - Practical project management: resources, action plan and scheduling - Documentation system
Practical exercises on the implementation of ISO 17025
