Learning unit contents
Participation in 5 events relating to the agro-food sector:
- 4 seminars and/or conferences of your choice
- 1 compulsory seminar.
For each seminar / conference, writing:
- a scientific synthesis with a choice of relevant examples,
- a critical personal opinion supported by personal scientific knowledge.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
After completing this teaching unit, the student
- will have a broader vision of the agro-food sector, through external testimonies.
- will have trained in writing scientific summaries,
- will have developed a critical personal opinion in the field of food innovation.

Written work / report
Additional information:
Written report including, for each event, a summary (minimum 3000, maximum 3500 characters, spaces not included) as well as a critical personal opinion (minimum 1000, maximum 1500 characters, spaces not included).
A score <10/20 can be improved in the second session, based on a new written report on the same events.
Plagiarism (with respect to another student's report) is a criterion for failure. The use of artificial intelligence (e.g. ChatGPT) for reporting is prohibited.
