Biological monitoring of the athlete. 7. Physiology and training methodology.<br /><br /> the course content is: - Nutrition for training (macro and micronutrients needs) - Dietary supplements and ergogenic aids - Fluid requirements, hydration and exercice in the heat - Nutrition strategies for competition
