Learning unit contents
The English course is structured around a number of key moments:
- coaching sessions one or two days before the jury for each assignment to be presented in English (this year, before the 3-minute pitch in February and before the Wallonie Entreprendre financial jury)
- creation of an interview guide during the integration seminar (in September)
- optional sessions (on request) which can take the form of lessons, revision, conversation tables, etc.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
Ability to express oneself orally and to respond properly during Q&A sessions that matches the B2(+) Level according to the European scale.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Students must be quite fluent and be able to use accurate vocabulary.

Additional information:
The final grade for this course will be based on 3 assessments:
1) the individual oral report (+/- 5 minutes per student) on the interview with an English-speaking entrepreneur (presented to the teacher and assessed by the teacher)
2) the February pitch (presented to a jury and assessed by the teacher)
3) the Wallonie Entreprendre jury (presented to a jury and assessed by the jury).
If the student were to fail, the second session examination would consist of a conversation (face-to-face with the teacher) on the student's achievements and learning throughout the year.
