Learning unit contents
The computerisation of human resources management is a major challenge for companies and public services. The implementation of an HRIS (Human Resources Management Information System) often represents a complex, long and costly project. It is therefore important to master the concepts, functionalities, advantages and pitfalls to avoid. During this course, we will review the various functional components of a typical HRIS, whether they are related to "Hard HR" (payroll, time, careers, ...) or "Soft HR" (skills, recruitment, training, evaluations, ...).
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
At the end of this course, the student will be familiar with the various functional modules of a standard HRIS.
