Learning unit contents
This 15 hr. course is divided into three parts:
- the first part (08/11/23) establishes the context of the material: objective of criminal law of companies, principles of general criminal law and criminal procedures specific to the field, most common offences
- the students are then asked to examine a court ruling rendered in the matter
- a second part (20/12/23) will examine the said court ruling critically and place it in the field as a hole
+ a third course only for students in the Customs program (date not yet decided)

Two- to five-page written commentary on a given court ruling. Deadline for submission: 12 noon on 25 January 2024 (25 Februari Customs) (20 August for the second session), sent by email to a.masset@uliege.be with a request for confirmation of receipt, expressing reflections on what this decision inspires in connection with the courses given, with the reference work (Guide juridique de l'entreprise) and related to the students own knowledge of theory and practice, even by way of complementing this topic but still in connection with it.
Style and form are important.
