Learning unit contents
This course aims at providing the students in the profession of notary with complementary knowledge in the Law of Property, such as the co-ownership in appartments buildings, surface right and emphyteosis.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
This course aims at implementing the basic knowledge in the Law of Property in order to develop search and analysis skills, but also creative minding.
