Learning unit contents
The course is divided into three parts:
- the first one will be about the different maritime zones defined by the international law ;
- the second one will be about the main international conventions about the protection of the maritime environment
- the third one will be about the main international conventions about fishing, including the European common fisheries policy.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
To give the students an overview of the regimes of the maritime zones, from the point of view of ressources exploitation and environemntal protection.
