MSc. in Civil Engineering, professional focus in civil engineering

Designing, calculating, building as well as repairing or rebuilding civil engineering works (bridges, tunnels, etc.) and buildings: designing, modernising and maintaining communication infrastructures (roads, railways, waterways, etc.) ; overcoming obstacles... many areas in which Civil Engineers can practice their art.
Overview
The main objective of the program is to enable you to acquire an excellent understanding of the behavior of structures, a good knowledge of soils and foundations, and a thorough mastery of the behavior of materials. These tools will enable you to observe, understand and master all the techniques of civil engineering and to understand their integration into the natural and human environment. This Master's degree offers an internship and a Master's thesis.
30 credits will be specific to the student's chosen focus. The specialised focus in "Civil Engineering" is a specialisation oriented towards the design of structures (bridges, hydraulic networks, roads) and which allows the choice of optional courses (3 out of 10), on specific subjects: fire safety and seismic engineering, repair engineering, timber construction, risk management, etc.
