This course is an approach to BIM as a support for the project design activity of architecture. It consists of an approach to the development of a database necessary for collaboration and communication of the architectural project.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
At the end of the course you will be able to:
- Define a BIM modeling strategy relevant to your project objectives,
- To model in line with your design objectives
- To document and quantify a project from a BIM model.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Every week the class is organised into hands-on Lab work (around 2 hours). This work is organised either in lab or at home according to the calendar.
Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)
Blended learning
Additional information:
The course is taught in French.
The course materials (exercises, videos, articles, etc.) are published on ecampus.
Depending on the schedule, some practical work sessions are given in an "hybrid" mode.
